Klothes for Kids
| Klothes for Kids is an ongoing ministry of Waukee Christian Church. We collect gently used clothing (no shoes) for children from infant to high school age. Distribution is to individual families and to various agencies in the Des Moines metro area, including Agape, Orchard Place, Hope Ministries, Waukee Food Pantry.
Donations may be delivered to the church at the corner of T Avenue and Hickman/Highway 6 (one mile west of Waukee) from 8:30am to 1:30pm Monday-Thursday. At any other time, please call 987-4937 to make arrangements. There are several ways volunteers can serve in this ministry: sorting, putting together orders, occasional shopping, and delivering.
