PASTOR RELATIONS COMMITTEE

The Pastoral Relations Committee is a small group
of persons who provide support for the pastor and provide a regular channel of communication
between the pastor and the congregation. 
The PRC functions to augment and enhance
the variety of informal and formal means of
support and communication in the congregation. 

The foundations for an effective PRC are
acceptance, trust, and confidentiality. 
The focus of the PRC is relational as opposed
to being task-oriented.
